Mi 12 has crappy Samsung made Snapdragon gen 1 that can be used as a heater, Note 12 Turbo has TSMC made Snapdragon 7 Gen 2. The battery life of Note 12 Turbo is guaranteed to be WAYYY better than Mi 12.
If you need camera then you should definitely get the Pixel 6a only at a budget.
it's a performance oriented device, not camera oriented. honestly tho a mi 12 for about 400€ is a better deal. can be had around that on sales.
